Certain writers may seek the withdrawal of their paper either during the review process or after it has been published. This might potentially result in the squandering of resources and the vital contributions made by the editorial board members, reviewers, and editorial staff. The Iquz Galaxy Publisher has developed a withdrawal policy, outlined as follows. The author must verify that the data and information included in the paper are the result of their own study. If any data or facts from other individuals or sources are utilised, the author must have secured formal permissions in accordance with the necessary protocols.

Manuscripts can be withdrawn at any point during the evaluation and publication process by submitting a formal request. Withdrawal of a manuscript will only be allowed after it has been submitted, and only in cases where there are extremely strong and unavoidable reasons. In order to withdraw a manuscript, the author must submit a fully filled "Article Withdrawal Email to Editor in Chief with a cover letter" that has been signed by all authors of the manuscript. This form should clearly state the reasons for the removal of the manuscript.

According to the policy, Iquz Galaxy Publisher state that withdrawal charges will be applied if an article is withdrawn, based on its status.
